• Election of Board members
  • Half the Board will retire (longest serving members). Each member may renominate for another 3 year term.
  • Members elected must identify their representative to serve as Director. Each representative must consent and accept the role.
• Appointment of up to 3 Independent Directors, on a 12 month duty period.
• EGM adjourns and Board members meet officially to accept office.
